The Brewery That Closed:

Eight Twelve Main in Caldwell had a very small homebrew brew system and really only offered their in-house brews for the first few months of their opening.  They did have an excellent array of local craft beer on tap.  They had some great burgers on the menu, but Covid hit shortly after their opening and they never recovered.
