By Bob Hubler

A look back on the 12 new breweries that opened in Idaho in 2018 and other big events in the Craft Beer Scene in Idaho.

Read about the first 9 breweries in Part 1!

Since Part 1 was published,  I have found 3 additional Idaho Breweries that should have been included in the year end blog.  Actually Sheila Francis found them and passed on the information to me.  Many Thanks Sheila.

Idaho Currently has 70 active breweries.  In the last 34 years, 92 breweries have opened and 22 have closed.

Check out my List Of Idaho Breweries.

Check out The Idaho Brewers United List of Idaho Breweries.

92 CRAFT BREWERS IN BOISE

Craft Brewers of Boise is a Bottle Shop and Tap room featuring a walk-in cooler.  They also sell home brew supplies.  Opened by Eli Taylor, a long time Boise homebrewer.  You may notice a familiar face when you visit.  Jeremy Jones now calls Craft Brewers of Boise his home away from home.

And they are also a licensed brewery that will serve the beer they brew on site with budding home brewers.  Great way to start your home brewing hobby with your beer on tap  for all your friends to share.
